Good, Cheap Chinese Food in Rockville

This Chinese restaurant serves great tasting Chinese food that is also inexpensive. My favorite items on the menu are: onion pancakes, beef noodle soup, tofu and soybeans, sour cabbage and pork soup, and the fried dumplings (8 big ones to an order!). The restaurant's service is not that great, but expected for a Chinese restaurant. The hours of operation are also not that great for people who like to dine on the later side--it closes around 9:00pm most nights.
